BAM Leadership Training
BAM (Bättre Arbetsmiljö) is Sweden's established structured training programme for managers and supervisors with responsibility for the work environment. Janne delivers certified 1–3 day courses that give leaders the knowledge and tools to meet their obligations under Arbetsmiljölagen — and protect themselves from personal liability.
Swedish Arbetsmiljölagen places direct legal responsibility on managers and supervisors for the physical and psychological work environment. Individual managers can be held personally liable for workplace incidents — even if the company has insurance.
BAM — Bättre Arbetsmiljö — is the established structured training framework for Swedish managers. It gives participants a thorough grounding in their legal obligations, practical tools for systematic work environment management (SAM), and documented certification of completed training.
Janne delivers BAM as structured 1-day, 2-day, or 3-day programmes adapted to the size and sector of your organisation. All courses are conducted in Swedish.
