EU AI ACT Readiness Assessment
The EU AI Act is in force. AI literacy obligations are already enforceable. Full high-risk AI obligations apply from 2 August 2026. We audit every AI tool your company uses, classify each by risk level, and deliver an action plan — no technical background required from you
The EU AI Act (Regulation EU 2024/1689) is the world's first comprehensive legal framework for artificial intelligence. It applies to any organisation that develops, deploys, or uses AI systems within the EU — regardless of where the AI provider is based.
Key deadlines you need to know February 2025 (already passed): Prohibited AI practices banned. AI literacy obligations for staff now enforceable. August 2, 2026: Full compliance required for high-risk AI systems (Annex III) — including hiring tools, credit scoring, biometrics, education, and critical infrastructure AI. August 2, 2027: Regulated product AI systems (Annex I) must comply. |
Most companies using AI have no inventory of what they're using, no risk classification, and no governance documentation. Over half of organisations lack a systematic AI inventory — which means they cannot even begin compliance planning. We do this work for you.
This service does not require you to have any technical AI knowledge. It is a regulatory compliance assessment — the same discipline as GDPR and NIS2 auditing. We identify what AI your company uses, classify each system under the Act's risk framework, and tell you exactly what you need to do. Delivered in Swedish or English.
